Design a professional presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint.

PowerPoint is a program that is easy to use. It is often associated with Microsoft and is commonly used for school and work presentations. Most people will use PowerPoint when they have a speech to deliver or if they are teaching a large group so that they can get their thoughts organized on a screen, easily delivering the basic statements of the lesson instead of creating a larger display with a lot of words.

There are numerous tools that you can use with PowerPoint. Numerous themes are available if you are unsure as to how to create the presentation. Each slide is labeled and can be seen on the left side of the screen. You can easily work between each screen until you are able to complete the presentation. Text boxes can be added to each slide as well as pictures, background images and sounds.

You can use images that are found online or images that are already in the PowerPoint program. The program works well with Clip Art, which is a tool that has several designs that can be added to your slides. It's best to start with the words on each slide unless you want a background color or pattern. The backgrounds can be adjusted based on the color or the shading.

Once the background and the words are added, you can start adding your images or graphs. Several types of graphs are available, such as pie charts and bar graphs. Graphs and charts can be colored or black and white. You can use any kind of font that you want on the slides as well as any colors for the text. Once everything is in place, you can add sounds that PowerPoint has available or sounds that you find online. You can also add movements for the words and the pictures. PowerPoint is a program that allows you to use your imagination when creating a presentation. There isn't a limit as to how many slides to use, and you can spend hours creating your design with the numerous options that are available.
